Hi everyone,

 

I'm Ozan, based in London. My background is in product and people: 15+ years across product leadership and HR, including time as an HR business partner and hands-on work in psychometrics and hiring. I'm also an author, a speaker and a university lecturer, and I help run The AI Floor, a London meetup about using AI at work.

 

Today I'm the founder of AISA, an AI fluency assessment for organisations. My work starts where a lot of yours ends: once the AI training has been designed and delivered, how do you know people can actually use AI well?

 

That's why I'm here. You're the people building the courses, and I'd love to learn how you're approaching AI training right now: what's working, what learners find hardest, and how you measure whether it landed.
