Hello from the Seattle area

Hi everyone,

I’m Andy Campbell, a sr. learning experience designer based in the Seattle area.

My work focuses on building practical learning experiences that help people perform with more clarity, confidence, and consistency. A lot of my recent work has centered on global onboarding, mobile-first learning, scenario design, operational enablement, and reusable learning systems.

I spend a lot of time thinking about how tools like Rise 360 and Storyline 360 can support better decision-making, not just cleaner content delivery. I’m especially interested in scenario practice, coaching-style feedback, interaction design, and ways to make learning feel more useful in the flow of real work.

Things I’m happy to nerd out about or help with:

  • Scenario design
  • Feedback that coaches instead of just grading
  • Rise-friendly interaction ideas
  • Storyline variables and logic
  • Mobile-first learning experiences
  • Portfolio and case study strategy
  • Turning messy content into something learners can actually use

I’m here to learn from other builders, share ideas, participate in challenges, and get better at creating learning experiences that are practical, polished, and actually helpful.

If you’re curious about the kind of work I’m exploring, my portfolio is here: Andy Campbell Portfolio

Looking forward to connecting with everyone. Curious: what’s one Rise or Storyline skill you think every learning designer should keep sharpening?
