Hello my name is Mari
I am new to this and just signed up. I have been teaching 24 years and looking to retire soon from teaching. I would, however, I would like to get into the field of instructional design by the time I retire.
I’m new to all this and any advice is greatly appreciated.

Welcome maricusitin! You are in good company. There are several members who have transitioned from teaching. I know KScott-Ensemble recently re-joined the community after spending several years teaching. Some of our community team also came from the world of education ( KellOrding Noele_Flowers )
You might be interested in an upcoming Peer Pod Kell is running in August. It's all about getting started in an instructional design role and connecting with others new to the space.
