Soon to be transitioning from teaching
Hi everyone,
I'm Michele. I'm a teacher in a New Jersey public school and will soon be transitioning into a new, exciting career in Instructional Design.

I'm actually a former public school teacher myself—Queens, NY, so not too far from you either :) I know there are a ton of folks here who have made that career transition, so you're in good company. I'm curious—as you make this pivot, what's the biggest thing you're expecting you'll have to learn to bridge the gap between classroom teaching and instructional design?
