Training Coordinator
Hello New Community,
My name is Laura Cervantes, and I work for JSI, Inc., a telecommunications consultant, located in Lubbock, Texas. Although I have upwards of 30 years of experience in the field the Fiber Optic Networks, I am new to the field of E-learning. What I lack in hands on experience with teaching & creating training content, I make up for with my desire to share best practices & standards along with my desire to see the next generation grow, learn, excel, and succeed. I am blessed and grateful to be on this journey with y'all!

Welcome, Laura! I'm relatively new to eLearning myself. This field is a fascinatingly vast, isn't it? I think you'll find the E-Learning Heroes community very supportive and knowledgeable. (I have only been here for about a week and have already received some incredible feedback on my first eLearning module.) This is wonderful place for creative guidance. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Again, welcome! Take good care.
