Transferring content from free trial to licensed version

Hello everyone.

I am new to the Articulate community!  I have enjoyed getting to know the product on the free trial, and my company has recently purchased a license as part of their license pool.  However, I now seem to have two profiles,  the free trial version and the licensed version and I don't know how to transfer the content from the free version to licensed version.  The AI assistant said to export and import, but I can't find any export/import feature, only the publish feature (which might work for the export, but I still can't find a way to import back into the licensed profile).

Does anyone know how to achieve this?

    Welcome to Articulate 360 and the E-Learning Heroes community!

    I noticed that you've also connected with my colleague Mick, through a support case. Smart move! I understand your Articulate ID has remained the same across both subscriptions, however they are hosted in different regional data centers.

    As Mick shared, we currently do not support the transfer of data between Articulate IDs located in separate data centers (EU/US). I understand this may feel restrictive, and I've shared this feedback with our product team on your behalf.

    We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps!
