Storyline: Scrolling Horizontal Timeline

Have you ever wanted to show a timeline that was too long for your default slide size? The new motion paths make it easy to create a scrolling horizontal effect at the click of a button, as seen in this template.

Simply adjust the color scheme, the timeline dates, and the text in the captions to include your course content.

Thank you! I like this idea. I just created one similar - when the timeline is dragged across to the last date on the slide, the slide transitions to the right for the next set of dates.

This is perfect for a project I'm working on, thank you!. I'm wondering how I could add another shape to this. The challenge is adding it to the group so that the triggers are not lost. I can create another group, but not add to the existing one. Do you have any suggestions?

Nicole this is excellent! I have a question about the chevrons - when a learner clicks to scroll right and completes an action on a slide layer, when they go back to the base it returns to the initial starting point, versus the view of the content on the right of the timeline. Any suggestions to have them return to the right side? thank you for sharing this template.
