When you create a scene, you can insert a character in its neutral pose. As you build the scene you can select the character's pose relevant to what you're building.
Eventually, they'll click something that takes them to the end of the scenario. You can change the pose. When they click continue it takes them to the wrap up screen with the option to start over. That screen will show the default neutral pose.

We've submitted a feature request for this, but wanted to call it out here as well. We have the option to hide character on the opening scene, but not on the final end scenario scene. This is a problem, as a lot of characters don't have a very nice "neutral" pose. They seem angry or dissatisfied. Since ending the scenario is often a goal of accomplishment, this can be off-putting to clients/users. We recommend adding the option to hide the character on the final scene and/or the ability to change the pose. Thanks!

My client wants me to change it but I don't see a way to do it.
Also I recently encountered on Linked in a company that has templates for other ways to portray activities and questions in rise using storyline blocs that look like they are Rise blocs - Is this something Articulate is working on as well - they were very slick!
