Trouble exporting Rise course to PDF | Rise exporting Issue
We’re running into an issue with the PDF export of the “ORIG Geriatric Care: Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (ADRD), Kentucky” course in our Rise account. The export keeps loading indefinitely and never generates a PDF. This issue does not occur with other courses. I tried duplicating the course and exporting it, as well as testing the export in an incognito window, but the problem persists. I also tried sending a copy to another Rise 360 user and exporting it from their account, but the issue remained. Note: I am able to export the Web, LMS, and Review versions without any issues, but PDF export does not work. This is a critical project and we need to share the PDF with the client urgently, so please look into this course as soon as possible. Hi, The "Process Block" on Rise 360 automatically scrolls up or down the window view when you click on the arrow to move forward or backward. I've always found it annoying, but now I have clients that complain about it. Would it be complicated to remove this seemingly unintentional feature? I'm trying to import a PowerPoint presentation that we developed some time ago into AI Assistant Rise. The module comprises over 50 slides and is already fully structured. However, I'm encountering an issue: when importing the content, the AI summarises it regardless of the settings I adjust. Users are having issues launching the lessons in our LMS. I had to modify both lessons due to blank quiz questions that were in the quizzes. I downloaded the SCORM files and uploaded them back to the LMS. The content was modified by uploading the SCORM file. This did not create a new version but only a modification. Users that were in progress were not able to relaunch the lesson. The lesson does not show load button at the bottom of the screen and just spins and displays a blank page. I have removed the lesson and reassigned but they still cannot launch the lesson.Creating interactive training for drafting workflows

I manage a small drafting team and want to create interactive training modules for our CAD workflows, but I’m seriously struggling to figure out how to make super detailed, technical steps actually easy to follow. I’ve been looking at Storyline and Rise, but it’s really overwhelming trying to structure everything. Has anyone used Articulate for technical workflow training like this? Any tips on: Breaking down complex CAD processes so they don’t feel like a brain dump Making step-by-step instructions interactive and not boring Using visuals or vids effectively for technical steps I’m feeling a little lost here.
