Posted SCORM file was null or empty in ComplianceWire
Hi Folks! Our organization uses ComplianceWire LMS, and we are experiencing a new issue uploading files from Articulate Rise 360. Generally, we would export the Rise files to SCORM 1.2 and upload to the LMS with no issue. However, now, several individuals in our organization have tried uploading SCORM files to the LMS and we keep getting a "posted file was null or empty" error. We've double-checked the files and they aren't empty- there doesn't appear to be anything unusual with the files. Has anyone else experienced this issue with Rise SCORM files not being recognized or able to upload to an LMS? If so, how do we fix it. We've also opened up a ticket with our LMS vendor to investigate the issue, but we would appreciate any advice you may have. Below is a picture of the error we are receiving.
