Hello there I’m Claire – I design and deliver learning that actually makes a difference in the real world. My background is in leadership development, coaching, and large-scale training programmes across corporate environments (including BMW) and national initiatives like Help to Grow. I’m all about practical, usable learning—not theory that sits on a shelf. Right now, I’m stepping into something that really matters to me: leading within a non-profit focused on life skills and development for children, parents, and teachers.
