Need to record audio internally, not through the microphone
I'm attempting to create a "Record Screen" Replay project but running into issues with audio. I want to record the audio from the source (my Storyline output) and not the external microphone built into my laptop. Is this possible? Hey all, I was creating a quick tutorial today and after publishing I noticed my mouse pointer wasn't in the right spot at all when viewing the video. When I open a video in replay, the image is distorted and pixelated. Thankfully when I published the video as an MP4, it's fine. But I can't see anything when looking in Replay. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Replay and that seems to have worked in the short term (about 2 weeks ago). But opening Replay today is showing the same issue. I don't want to have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling Replay. I have attached an image for reference.How to export audio from the recorded video using Replay?
I have done a screen recording using articulate replay. After publishing the video doesn't look very good but the audio is good. Now I want to export my audio and keep and delete the video. So that I can use that audio if I need it. Please help me doing this.Mouse/Cursor out of Sync
When recording my screen in replay all seems OK, however, when I play back the screen record, the mouse is out of sync with where it should be. As I'm creating training videos, it is important that the video is a clear representation of the process, having it a few inches out is not very clear for those who will eventually watch them. I'm new to Articulate so wondering if anyone has had this problem before and how they overcame it please?Replay Modify Frame Rate yet??
Greetings Heroes! The only thread I can find on this topic was from 9 years ago w the Amazing Ashley T. It seems in this world of HD and 4K, Replay still only has a "best" fps setting of 15? Has anyone else had this problem? Basically, I'll be taking a screen recording in Replay and selecting different tabs/options in this video. However, when I view the screen recording in Replay. my cursor in the video is much higher than it should be. For context, if this was an Excel spreadsheet, my cursor in the video would be 3-4 rows higher than the row that is selected. So I end up with something selected and a cursor that doesn't match the position of the selected item. I want this to be professional and straightforward for the learner, so how do I fix this? Thanks.
