I created a map with hotspots for each state so when the user clicks on the state an external website is launched. It worked fine when I tested it in SnagIt and even when I previewed it in Presenter. However, when I publish my content, the hotspots don't work in the published content. Any ideas?
Yes, I did publish it to Articulate online and the hyperlinks work. The only issue remaining is the map I created and inserted into the presentation displays too large. My coworker removed the navigation areas and the map shows fine, but there is no easy way to get back to the view with the navigation showing. Do you know what the image size should be to correctly fit on the slide?
I'm trying to picture the slide you're describing. Any chance you could include a screenshot of the issue, or even shoot me a link to the course itself?
From what you're telling me, it sounds like perhaps this is the issue you're facing. Does that sound correct?

Hi Lorraine!
After publishing the course, did you try viewing it from its intended environment (uploaded to a website, LMS, Articulate Online, etc)?
If you only tried viewing your course locally, the hyperlinks probably won't work due to Flash security restrictions.
