Hello Everyone!
I'm happy to share that we have released Storyline 360 version 86 (Build 3.86.32028.0).
Included in this release is a new feature where you can customize the foreground and background colors of closed captions to complement your course design and maintain contrast accessibility.
All you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Customization options for Closed Captions is a feature request we're tracking, so I'll share your thoughts in our report and relay any new developments.

Great news! We just released another update for Articulate 360 and included some new features a few important fixes you'll see in the release notes.
The item you'll be interested in is:
New: Make closed captions easier to read. Increase the captions font size up to 200% in the modern player.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.

Hi - Thank you for this update. It really works in terms of increasing font through the modern player. Is there a way to import/change font style? Thank you.

I'm glad that the latest release to increase the font size works well for you. The ability to change the Font Style is still an open feature request, but this conversation is attached to share updates with you here.
Hi Leslie - Thank you. I found I can change font style and size through the player settings when set to Modern Player. Hope it helps.
Can this be done for publishing in Video? I can't work out how to do it
