So i need to put several text entry in one slide with condition if all text entry are fill then the user can jump to the next slide. Is it possible to do that on Articulate ?

Welcome to eLearning Heroes Community.
Yes, you can do that by checking all Text Entries if there are values in it.
You can have your Next Button disabled by default then activate it when all Text Entry is filled in.
