Hotspots and Text Entry Not Working for Some Users

Hey community, 

Our team has created an Articulate Storyline simulation. We've tested it with many associates, without issue. However, today we came across a handful of associates who are not able to click on hotspots or enter in text for our simulations. 

We are reaching out to these associates to see if there is a common denominator. Below is a description of the issues we've seen and how we've tried to fix them. 

We can't provide an example, as the resource has confidential information. 

Hotspot: User was in Google Chrome and tried to click on a hotspot and their cursor didn't recognize it as a hotspot. No matter what we did, they and other users were unable to click on it, when others could

Text Entry: User was typing in a text entry field. User typed in the verbiage needed exactly and the simulation got "stuck" and wouldn't advance. 

Troubleshooting: We had them go out and come back in, we checked their web browser, we cleared their cache and cookies...no luck

For now, let me ask you some questions:

Is this project hosted on a web server or a learning management system?

If it's in an LMS, have you tested in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud? This could help rule out issues with the environment.
