SuccessFactors Mobile Learning

Hi everyone,

I've developed a learning module using storyline 2 that is enabled for mobile viewing. I am amble to get it playing and fully functional via the SuccessFactors app on an iPhone running iOS10, but it will not play on an iPad. Any ideas why this is happening?

I'm also working on getting the learning to play offline through the SuccessFactors app, but the file won't download. We have employees who travel and may not have a consistent internet connection. This would be an incredibly valuable way of getting users to continue learning!

Welcome to the community, Chester! Thanks for reaching out here.

We don't support the SuccessFactors app - so we don't have any documentation on it. I would recommend that you reach out to their Support team to see what, if any, testing they've done. And in the meantime, hopefully there are other members of the community forums who have used this set up and could weigh in here for you as well!

I did see that Karen had the same issue here. You may want to reach out to her directly to see if she was able to work with SuccessFactors to find a solution.

Is there any chance to get solution for the same issue? I have a course build in Storyline 360 having huge branching. Settings - Always resume and Scale to the browser size, Flash/html5 fallback, Passed / Incomplete tracking. Going to be uploaded on SuccessFactors iPhone app.

When published in Storyline360 - SCORM1.2 or SCORM 2004 - 4th edition, giving issues:

1. completion is not registered

2. not adapting the browser size but getting scroll.

When published in Storyline3, SCORM1.2, resolves issue of registering completion. But the resizing issue still open. 

I have to solve this urgently. The fast solution is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While we don't support the SuccessFactors app, hopefully other SF users can chime in and help. I'd also recommend reaching out to the SuccessFactors support team, if you haven't already.

To be sure there's not an issue outside the app as well, you can test the course output in SCORM Cloud. We can help you with that testing if you can share your file here
