Is the AI based on OpenAI or other open source resources - this is a big IS security concern at my organization?

@steven loomis, the new Terms of Service (sent today) show OpenAI has been added "as a new subprocessor for customers who choose to use our upcoming AI features." Can someone with Articulate confirm that if one of their customers chooses not to use the AI features, that data subprocessor will not be used? (will not have access to data added to Articulate Rise) Like steven, we have a process for security review involving AI and will need assistance with the security information. Also to confirm, I assume using the AI features will be an additional cost?

Is there a launch date for when the AI integration for Rise 360 will be available?

Will there be a change in the subscription cost? Wil the AI be an inclusion or an add on with an extra charge?

Hi, will the AI functionalities in Rise be available for other languages like e.g. German?

I currently work for an organization that deals with very sensitive information at times. There is a lot of concern about the current security of Open AI and any AI assisted functionality when developing new design or conveying information about our sensitive work (this includes training). Will we have the option to disable the AI functionality in Rise and Storyline?

Super excited for the new AI features. Keen to put a business case forward to my leader soon, so we can get all of the Articulate 360: AI features. Would it be possible to obtain an approx date of the release & cost?

We are also eagerly awaiting a time when we can test the new functions. A date is particularly important for me because I need to plan team resources to deal with our existing processes. In the course of standardization, the AI features will probably change a lot. However, I also don't want to carelessly deviate from functioning processes, so planning with proper clarification is necessary.

We would also like to get more information on the AI features. (Pricing, release date)

How realistic is it that the new AI features can be tested this week or next?

This means that the testing phase is not expected to start within the next 1-2 weeks, right?

Hi, Allison. Do you have any thoughts on when the Rise AI release date will be announced?

+1 @Allison LaMotte (and al Articulate teammates) I attended your webinar this winter, touting Rise 360's new AI features (which looked really cool and quite promising), and at the time your presenter and the leader for the AI initiative said the general public could begin accessing it in March. We're now a third of the way through April and the only Google results I get are multiple posts where your customers have been and are still asking for a release timeframe, with no answer to any of them.  :( Articulate is usually terrific in its customer response and has an enthusiastic user community, so I hope you won't let us down -- updates and new information, please!!!

Any update on the release time?

Does the AI functionality run locally on my computer or does it send the information to Articulate servers to perform the AI functionality?

Curious to hear whether Storyline360 will have AI translation built-in and if so, when? I am about to hit the "purchase" button for a competitor's tool that already offers this, but want to give Articulate a chance if that's coming soon.

Would you consider a short AI trial period if you are planning to charge for the increased functionality so I / we can determine whether it will do what we need before committing to additional cost?
