I'm a Rise newbie, but I love using it. So I've converted a couple of our conceptual documents to a more interactive format with Rise. The problem is learners cannot save their Knowledge Check work if half-way finished and they need to exit. When they return, all learner work is lost. Can learner work in Rise not be saved?

Hi Christabel. Are you posting your Rise 360 courses to your LMS or are these on a web server?
