    Thanks for the tips! One question I have is about the slide size. Currently, the slides are using 4:3 ratio and changing them to 16:9 seems to distort some elements. Is there an easy way to scale the slide size without distorting the slide elements?

      Hi Oleg,

      If you switch to a 16:9 aspect ratio before inserting the slides, they will insert correctly. We automatically detect your project canvas size and serve up the best version (either 4:3 or 16:9).

      Trying to switch aspect ratios later on will cause the need to readjust some of the elements.

      I hope this helps!

    hi, I am creating a code of conduct training module and one slide I list the 6 VALUES such as Excellence, etc. I want the users to click on each value to reveal a short definition of each value, I thought this would be possible in selecting 'states', making visible the textbox that the value is written in and then creating another text box with the corresponding definition to appear, but hidden. This is not working, is this possible on SL360? if so how does one do this? or go to find out how to do it. thank-you Tracey

      Hi Tracey, your best bet would be to use layers rather than states for this type of interaction. I have created a similar course for company values and that was my process. Create a custom layer for each value, with any text, imagery etc. you want, then create a trigger to show each of these layers when the learner clicks on the corresponding value. Remember to add a 'close' button or similar to hide the layer and return to the main slide for ease of navigation.

      Hope this helps :)
  • Hi, I was trying to look for specific images to illustrate points during the presentation, e.g.;
    - A couple seating by the beach while dirking a margarita
    - An image where the main focus are two shaking hands of business professionals in a nice company environment setting.

    I was not able to find them, specially the first one. Any ideas as to how to locate what you specifically are looking for?

    Thank you for your help!
