This week, your e-learning challenge is to create a customer service training lesson or module in Rise 360.
Why this challenge matters:
Customer service is where your brand’s reputation gets tested every single day. This challenge is your chance to ditch boring training and turn it into something people actually enjoy and remember. And with Rise’s new custom blocks, you can go beyond the default layouts.
🎯 Challenge Goals & Objectives
For this week's challenge, you will:
- Produce a short customer service training module in Rise 360 that demonstrates practical handling of a customer scenario.
- Showcase how to use custom blocks to design interactive practice beyond default lesson types.
- Create a fresh portfolio example that highlights your ability to design scenario-driven training in Rise 360.
🚀 Tips for Getting Started
Here's how you can approach this week’s challenge at the level that works best for you:
- Start simple: Leverage Rise 360’s built-in content templates for inspiration and ready-made lesson structures. Swap in your own text and scenarios to create a quick prototype.
- Level up: Rework a customer service scenario with branching options. Use custom blocks or labeled graphics to let learners explore choices and consequences.
- Push further: Combine Rise with other apps. For example, create a short video or Storyline block to simulate a live chat or phone call, then embed it in your Rise course for a more realistic practice activity. Extra Credit: Design your Rise course to serve two different audiences, such as new hires and experienced agents.

Rise 360 is the focus this week, but you’re welcome to mock up your ideas in PowerPoint, Figma, or any app you like.

- Personal blog: If you have a blog, please write about your example from this week’s challenge and share the link with your submission.
