Meet the Team Interactions #498: Challenge | Recap

As course designers, you’ve probably built onboarding courses that introduce new hires to key people, organizational structure, and leadership bios. Pretty standard New Hire 101, right?

But interactive org charts and meet-the-team interactions can make these introductions far more engaging.

Org charts and meet-the-team interactions all serve the same purpose. They visually show who’s who, clarify roles, and highlight relationships in your organization. And that’s what this week’s challenge is all about!

But first, check out a recent example Jayashree shared:

🏆 Challenge of the Week

This week, your challenge is to create an interactive org chart to show who’s who in a group or organization.

You can introduce the key players in your company, map out your favorite sports team, or get creative and build something playful like characters from your favorite movie or comic series.
