🏆 Challenge of the week
Ghosts, ghouls, and goblins aren’t the only ones dressing up this week. Your e-learning courses get a costume too, and you get to decide what your learners find behind the ghastly Next button.
This week, your challenge is to build a Halloween-themed interaction, microlearning course, or activity, whether that’s a haunted house to explore, a pumpkin patch quiz, or a scenario with a spooky twist.
🚀 Tips for getting started
Here’s how to approach this week’s challenge at the level that works best for you:
- Start simple: Give an existing project a Halloween look and feel with themed icons, colors, and audio. (Yes, you can do all of this in Rise, too.)
- Level up: Create a short interactive story, quiz, or scenario with a Halloween theme. Let learners make choices or explore Halloween-themed scenes.
- Challenge mode: Build a mini game using variables, scoring, or branching paths. Add animation, audio, or timed events to keep learners on their toes.
🙌 Share Your Work
You put in the effort. Now make sure your work gets seen:
- Personal blog: If you have a blog, write about your example from this week's challenge and share the link with your submission.
- Social media: Share your examples on LinkedIn and mention both David and Articulate using the #ElearningChallenge tag so we can help promote your work.
- Peer feedback: Try leaving helpful feedback on at least three projects this week.
- Community forums: Cross-post in the forums to give your work even more visibility.
