Monthly Safety Meeting to Interactive Microlearning
I'm working on a project to take 30-minute monthly safety meeting content into interactive e-learning modules. While we'll continue to offer that content in the daily stand-up mode when the team meets, we also have this option for employees to take if they missed the meeting, refresh on topics, and test their skills at an individual level.
This excerpt is from a module on Fire Extinguisher Use and Fire Safety. We're testing the critical thinking of the learner in addition to their understanding of the fire safety regulations. I like that we didn't have a simple yes/no answer selection here and provided deeper feedback as to the correct answer.
