Problem - Close Captioning is not displaying in the video.

Hello my friend!  Last week I published my videos and CC was working great.  Over the weekend, I had to start over with a new Power Point Deck for the background, added Text to Speech, checked the box for CC, and Managed my Closed Captions.  The Preview Project has the CC content. Yes, when I published, no CC is displaying the video.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
