Sample accessible files/templates
I agree that having accessible Content Library 360 Templates would be a great feature, HVfb0f498d-053b. In December 2023, we improved Storyline 360 templates, including logical focus order, removing visibility to decorative objects, and upgrading videos to use accessible controls. You're correct that there is still room for improvement, and we haven't claimed they are fully accessible.
I see that Ronnie chatted with you about the upcoming accessibility checker. Due to Storyline 360's customizable nature, this should be a big help as you create accessible courses.
All that said, I like the idea of having a "gold standard" to aspire to regarding accessibility. I am curious if you could share more about screen recordings with screen readers. How would that help, and what screen reader and browser would you recommend?
Many of us don't use screen readers and don't have much time or budget to purchase and test in them, so are unfamiliar how they work and what the differences are and if they behave differently in different web browser. By having prerecorded videos of how a gold standard Storyline project displays and functions it will make us aware of what we need to do to our courses so they are properly useful to visually impaired users. Given there is a lot choice, maybe limit to Chrome and Edge browsers and a small selection of free and paid screen readers.
