Workday - Storyline Question Bank/Retry & Score

Hello, I submitted support case #01332676 a few weeks ago regarding an issue with Workday and Storyline SCORM/2004, specifically related to the question bank and the functionality for retrying only missed questions. 

Recently, I encountered a new issue with the same SCORM file—the score unexpectedly changed from failing to passing, and in some cases, from a passing score to 100% within a few days. It appears that other community members are facing similar challenges. Has a solution been identified for this issue?
