Alrighty... hope I'm doing this correctly - here's my vid (don't judge!):
https://share.articulate.com/nneHpBYJhRJClLlX81GAo
Changes I made included updating the cover photo, bolding keywords, and adding a glorious quiz.
I found the image creation options to be most valuable (I appreciated the options).
I didn't run into challenges when working with the AI component - woohoo!- SusanWhalen0822Peer Guide
You shared the link perfectly, JennWoods ! I love how you combined the slideshow with a flipcard interaction. With your permission, I may borrow the idea 🧐
Man, your team pizza palooza image is making me hungry!! 🍕
In one of your matching activities, there were cards with a greater than sign at the end. I found it confusing initially thinking it was a typo. Just a reminder to give clear instructions to the learner. Perhaps a statement that when you see this sign, match the card to what would complete the sentence.
Thanks for sharing your course!

3 Changes I made:
- I added AI images to flip cards using the 3D setting to make these engaging.
- I converted 3-4 different text blocks into a process block.
- I converted key info or text into statement blocks with an image behind and AI audio.
Valuable AI Feature
- I think the most valuable feature is the instant convert. I have been using this for a while so it's not new, but I still love it so much!
- The new feature I enjoyed exploring was the AI image prompt.
Challenges
- AI images are hard to get exactly what you want and to be consistent.
- SusanWhalen0822Peer Guide
Congratulations on completing the Week 2 challenge already! You are a rock star 🌟 I found the image creation can be tricky too, especially if you need specific or technical accuracy. I am glad you have been finding the instant convert feature useful. I liked the fun images you created in your course. One caution is to look at all the spellings in images, even on the boards behind the characters. AI tends to hallucinate spellings. I really enjoyed your use of the sorting feature.
- TracyWindsor-96Community Member
YES!!! AI's spelling is terrible ... lol
- JodyWCommunity Member
Ok, love the comics. I did a cartoon farm animal! I love those to add details to the flip cards and will be using your idea in the future! Good Work!

I love this topic you created content for! I think it is a very important and, at times, overlooked understanding for new managers. Thank you for adding speaking parts to your lesson. Being an auditory learner helps me understand more easily than reading the screen. Rise makes it all look so professional and beautiful. Isn't it amazing?!
Hello, everyone! 😊

3 changes I made:
- I added multiple custom AI-generated images throughout the course using style prompts inspired by David Anderson. Instead of relying on generic stock visuals, I tailored each image to match the specific content and tone of the lesson.
- I converted several static content blocks into interactive blocks to keep attention.
-
I refined most of the text, including lesson titles, to make it more concise and engaging.
AI features I find most valuable:
- Instant convert
- AI knowledge check block
Challenges I faced:
-
It took some trial and error to figure out how to write prompts that produced useful, accurate results.
- When using the instant convert feature, I noticed that the generated block sometimes omitted portions of the original text, which required additional review.
- SusanWhalen0822Peer Guide
Awesome job, KatieRiggio ! The extra effort with the image creation is really apparent. The color scheme is peaceful and matches the topic well.
Have you generated a quiz in Rise? The activity was really worthwhile in my experience. I typically design in Storyline, so for this cohort I enjoyed working in a new environment. In Rise, the quiz creation process is straightforward and can be quite easy.
Thanks so much, SusanWhalen0822 ! I'm also more familiar with Storyline, so it's been nice getting extra hands-on experience with Rise. Agreed with the quiz creation process being intuitive and simple!

I have a question. I have completed the activity but was adding a Storyline block to the end of the course, since I wanted to use the 'sound effect' feature. I know with most Storyline courses if there is audio you have to click play, I wanted it to auto play so I added a first slide to auto advance to the slide with my sound effect. It's not working in my course -- Here is my Storyline block which works fine in Review
https://360.articulate.com/review/content/1d541482-cd30-4fc4-9893-293ada7a2770/review
It doesn't work in my course. Any suggestions?
- TracyWindsor-96Community Member
Well now it doesn't even appear to be working in Review 360. Well, it's sporadic. It'll work one time then stop. Not sure what is going on.
Hi TracyWindsor-96 thanks for including your Review 360 link! It actually worked on my computer--I heard the "Woohoo!" sound when I clicked on the "Congratulations, You completed this learning" image. It may be that your web browser is blocking the audio from playing?

- Below your Quick Share link, answer these three questions:
- Share 3 changes you made to the Rise AI Course Draft to improve learner engagement.
- Added AI Image to beginning of course to make it more engaging.
- Turned some bullet points into a process - to make it more interactive.
- Added 2 KC's and turned all the KCs into a QB so I could use them in an Assessment.
- Added lesson 3 (Final Assessment) and lesson 4 (Next Steps)
- This allowed me to use Storyline to add a sound effect, although that isn't working :(
- Which AI feature or capability was most valuable in your workflow, and why? Building Knowledge checks and writing summaries. I love the different graphics it can create as well, since in the medical field it is sometimes challenging to get exactly what you need.
- What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted? Spelling! AI has issues spelling in graphics.

I tried to make a few different changes and apply some of the neat tricks. I love the ability to change out the blocks using AI. And I love that it keeps the old version until we are set that is what we want for the training. The biggest challenge I found was attempting to change the picture in a text/image combo. I gave up on trying to modify it to barn animals.- SusanWhalen0822Peer Guide
Great job, JodyW ! I had to chuckle at the animal image which made me think of Animal Farm 👩🌾The green color underscored the earthy theme.
You put together a professional course. I wanted to point out that there is a difference between multiple-response style questions and single-response questions. The multiple-response layout provides boxes to select all that apply. The radio button indicates a single response is required. This is a way we visually convey to the learner what is expected.
Thanks for sharing the link. I enjoyed it.

Hi All,
Here's my quick share link.
3 Changes I've made:
- Added AI images to various blocks where I thought they made sense.
- Created a custom block with dialogue between a manager and employee using AI voice and scripting, using the scenario of what prompts.
- Instant Convert and change tone on some blocks that seemed better as an interactive instead of plain paragraph text.
What I found most valuable was building the course at the very beginning. Most of my e-learnings started with looking at a blank course and figuring out what to write down or how to design the training content. Huge time saver!
My challenge was with AI images; some images were great, but there were horrible spelling mistakes. When prompting the AI algorithm to avoid text, it would use it anyway. Mild frustration, but was able to complete the activity.
- SusanWhalen0822Peer Guide
Excellent work, BrandonThomp325 ! The look and feel of your course was very consistent and professional. I had fun with the audio scenario. 😃
One item I want to highlight is that for questions in the quiz, you set it up as a multiple-response question when in fact it was a single response that you were asking of the learner. The boxes indicate multiple responses, and the radio button indicates one response. Do you translate your courses to another language? Our company has found it hard to translate a fill-in-the-blank question across languages. Just curious.
Thanks for sharing!
- BrandonThomp325Community Member
SusanWhalen0822 Thanks for the feedback! I took the AI-generated quiz at face value. Next time, I will review them properly.
As for the questions about translations, we have not looked into doing translations. Our training content is primarily designed in English. However, we could benefit from performing localizations; the limiting factor is that we lack personnel to proofread the translations for accuracy.

Good job! I like the blue color you chose as your main theme color. It's very calming. I did think the flow was good along with the tone.
I had a similar issue with image generation being inconsistent and adding words when I didn't ask. I'm glad I'm not the only one!
My suggestion is based on the font and it's just coming from an accessibility standpoint. Some places the font was a bit small and hard to read with that compact font.

BrandonThomp325 Looks good! I really enjoyed the overall theme and flow of your course. Great choice with the AI images.

Hello,
How do I share my output? I don't have the quick share option from my end? See screenshot below:
- jurCommunity Member
I also have the same concern. Sharing is disabled by our org. Do we have an alternative option?
- ErnieCommunity Member
Hi jur I'm not sure. Let me ask AlyssaGomez. Ma'am since Quick share is not available from our end. What other options do we have?
Thanks!

Ernie , thanks for sharing the screenshot. I am going to hand this one to AlyssaGomez since she is the expert. Hopefully, it is an easy workaround. We will get you an answer soon.

Three changes I made
- I added AI images to flashcards.
- Used AI to assist with re-writing and re-formatting content.
- Created Questions using specific content within the course.
AI Feature:
If I have to only pick one...I liked the ability to convert the questions to different types of Knowledge checks. It was so helpful to be able to switch from one to the other and see how they worked within the content.
Challenge:
AI image creation is inconsistent and doesn’t always produce what you want.

CarmelaWilbur-7 - Great job! I really enjoyed the images you chose for your flashcards!

TADA!

I got into a groove but only focused on the first lesson and the quiz at the end. I can admit, I have my own style and if this was one of my projects, I'd make some interactions or work in some code blocks.
Some changes I made:
- Adjusted the tone to be casual in all the blocks - I'm a fan of plain language.
- I moved a WIIFM up in the front instead of a lesson overview - that way it instantly answers the 'why am I taking this' learners tend to have.
- I also broke pieces out visually to make the content flow.
Valued Capability: I enjoyed learning about the AI prompt writing for images. I usually struggle with describing what I have going on in my brain so, having it write something and I just need to edit it was a huge help!
Challenge: A big challenge with the image generation was standardization. I was trying to use the default "Origami" style but I couldn't get a consistent image. So, I ended up writing a custom style with ChatGPT to fix that issue as much as I could.
- BrandonThomp325Community Member
KayleneWance Great job on the e-learning module! The first lesson was brilliantly designed. I like the accessibility touches you added to ensure participants understand that items are interactive. Custom blocks were also well organized. 👍
