Articulate ,09 Engage Quest

In looking through the Community site over the past week, I stumbled upon the 2007 Guru Awards Gold Winner built by Prometheus Training.  I was very impressed and surprised that I had missed this goodie over the past few years.  

Watching and interacting with their course I can easily see why it was the Gold winner for 2007.  There was one edit they performed that I would love to figure out how to duplicate.  On the top of their Player window they have a HELP button that when selected opens an FAQ Engagement showing how to navigate the course.  This was brilliant.  I have been trying to figure out how this was done, but in scouring the Community discussions I have not managed to learn how this was accomplished.

If anyone has seen this course or knows how to accomplish this edit, I would appreciate any feedback.  I hope I haven't missed a discussion that covers this, but so far I am not having any luck finding one.
