What happens if Allow user to finish without answering all questions is unselected and the timer runs out before the learner answers all questions? Do they automatically fail?
Is there ever an instance/setting where remaining unanswered questions left when the timer runs out are not included in the scoring?

When the learner selects "Submit All," all of the questions are submitted and the questions not answered are marked incorrect.

If the timer runs out, the learner will see a prompt letting them know the time has run out, and they need to press "OK" to continue. When pressing "OK," the entire quiz is submitted and the questions not answered are marked incorrect.
