Replay recording out of Synch

I am trialling Replay 360  , Storyline  360 and Peek 360. When recording from my webcam the Replay video voice is out of synch. I am not getting this issue  when  using any other Apps such as the laptops own recording. is this a known issue ? I only installed the trial a few days ago onto my very new laptop. Please assist since this is influencing my assessment of the product

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you ran into issues when using Replay 360. 

In cases where one of Articulate 360's applications is not performing as expected, we recommend doing a repair of the application to see if this helps. Here's how you can repair Replay 360.

tried all of the suggested work arounds and i see others are having the same issues, my conclusion is it is REPLAY which needs fixing, so unless i am offered a discount for a poor qualify product the trial is a failure and i will not buy. if Articulate bothered to read feedback from many others they would reprogram using 64 bit
