After several years of using Storyline 3, I upgraded to Storyline 360. Experimenting with 360 Image. I have a single slide with a 360 image inserted. It looks fine in preview, however when published, the 360 image is not visible. I tried loading the file to the SCORM Cloud, to Review 360 and to an LMS. In all instances, the 360 image is not visible. Any insight is appreciated.
You'll want to make sure that your 360° image has a 2:1 aspect ratio to allow it to display properly in your course.
If you're already using this aspect ratio, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
