Accessibility - Delaying timeline start after Screen reader has processed the information on screen

Jan 12, 2022

Need help with this one.  I have a presentation of 230 slides that needs to be modified to be accessible to visually impaired participants.  More than half of the slides also include audio files for narration of the slide content.  I would like the participant to confirm if they will be using a screen reader on one of the first slides.  I was planning to store the result in a T/F variable.  By default, I would pause the timeline on all all of the slides.  And if the answer was True, the pause in timeline would allow the screen reader to process what is not included in the audio files.  The visually impaired participant would then have to press play on the slide to listen to the narration.  If the answer was False, I would like the resume timeline automatically.  In other words, I don't want the participant that doesn't use a screen reader to have to press play on every slide.  Any proposed solution?  Thank you
