I am trying to create a course that have checkpoints and non-mandatory quizzes so that if the user completes a quiz he/she will get bonus points that will count towards the total. So for example, in the final exam you have to have 8/10 points. If the user opt for a non-mandatory quiz and get 1 point he/she will only have to get 7 points in the final exam.
I thought this might be able to adjust the Scorepoints but I have not been able to do so. Another solution is to make a manual scorepoint (custom variable like total) and to custom slides but I'm not sure how that will affect the course.
