We have given always resume option in our scorm file. When we run the project in LMS, it starts from where we have stopped, but some times it jumps to some other slide while revisiting. Please help me to solve this issue.
This Article recommends a few solutions for exceeding suspend data limits:
Disable the resume feature in Storyline.
Reduce the number of slides until the resume feature works as expected. The limit will vary, depending on a variety of factors. You'll need to test your content in your LMS to verify.
Republish your course for SCORM 2004 3rd Edition or 4th Edition, both of which support much longer suspend data.
This Article recommends adjusting the tracking Method, Changing the Reporting Option, and Modifying the Published Output.
If you are still running into issues I'd recommend opening a support case with our talented Support Engineers so they can have a closer look at your file.
