Articulate Storyline projects won't Save

I can't Save my Storyline projects and keep getting error messages when I try to Save.  Please can someone let me know what I should do. Thank you.

    Dear Bonnie,

    Try and save as project with different name or close the project and take a copy, It will work smoothly.
