Assessment - converting from individual slide submission to end slide submission

Hi all,

I have a quiz with 100 questions and each question slide has a submit button.  All questions are simple True/False format.  There is a 'Submit Pick One' trigger for each of the slides attached to the submit button on each slide.

Is there way I can convert this so that I can remove the submit button from each slide and have the learner select a submit button on a slide after the all the questions?  This way they can go back and change answers if they change their mind?

I was hoping there was a way to attach a Trigger on the final review slide after all the questions to simply submit all the questions.

I'm unable to supply to the Storyline file due to company policy unfortunately.
