When a slide is exported from Storyline 360 into video format, the audio volume changes at random in the exported video.
Tried to fix the issue by removing compression for the audio track/file in the slide & unticking option to set all audio to the same volume in the publishing panel. Nothing seems to fix the issue.
See attachment of how the exported video/audio waveform looks like (blue) versus the original audio waveform with the correct volume (green). There is a noticeable increase in volume in the exported video.
Has anyone experienced this? Have you found a solution to it?

I have a few quick questions to better understand your setup.
Does your video currently have narration included? If not, do you have audio included in the slide separately? It appears that it's included in the video from your screenshot, but I wanted to confirm.
When navigating to the Publish window and selecting the Video publishing option, you'll see a section for Audio Quality. Could you please share a screenshot of your current settings?
It would also be helpful to take a closer look at your .story file. Feel free to upload your file to this thread or privately in a support case!
So the process used by the team is the following: generate an AI narration using Murf -> download narration from Murf (audio volume is ok) -> import this Murf narration into Storyline -> add narration and images onto slide -> export slide as Video (no compression, no volume levelling selected) - > the video exported from story has a fluctuating volume.
The image that I attached to my first comment called "waveform_volume..." is just a comparison to show how the waveform from the exported story video compares to the original Murf generated narration. Something seems to go wrong with the audio levels during slide to video export.
I attached a screenshot of the timeline and the publish settings panel showing the audio quality as you requested.

I am having the same issue. Published one slide as video, and had a result and audio with different audio levels, low in the beginning and higher later. the audio and Video quality were set to the maximum. Could you advice please?
