Can't open the articulate storyline app

I have a problem on my computer. The articulate app doesn't let me open the storyline app. And shows me this notification without any other option than close the app.

Do you have any explanation?

I run the same app on another computer and all is correct.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your software installation.

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? 

  • You can check by going to Help > About Articulate Storyline

We are currently on Build 3.55.25975.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here.

Updating to the latest version will also repair your software installation, but if you are already on the latest version, I recommend conducting a repair to get it back up and running properly.
