Cannot access Review 360

I have been trying to get a link from Review 360 for about 2 hours and I cannot access the site. According to this site: it is up but I cannot get on. Oddly, I can view existing links to content just not anything new. Also, I can publish to Review, it would be TREMENDOUSLY helpful if Storyline gave you the review link after you publish rather than having to go off and get it. All I need to do to finish this job is send the link, and I cannot!

I have attached a screen shot of what I am seeing.

Note: I have restarted both my machine and my wifi to no avail

Also, when you click View Project from the Publish Successful dialog window, your browser will open with the URL of the course you published so that you can snag the direct link to the Review 360 content.
