You'll need to scroll down a bit in order to find the label that you're trying to change, but once you do find it, all you need to do is to replace the value in the Custom Text column and press OK to save.

Looks like you're trying to change the text for the 'Invalid Answer Text' prompt. This can be changed in the Player's text label section, shown in the screenshot here:
You'll need to scroll down a bit in order to find the label that you're trying to change, but once you do find it, all you need to do is to replace the value in the Custom Text column and press OK to save.
