Content Library: Illustrations Not Working

Is anyone else having trouble accessing illustrations via the content library? I can access photos and icons okay, but nothing I search for returns any type of illustration.

I've attached an screenshot of what I see whenever I search for illustrations.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble downloading illustrations from the content library. 

Please take a look at the article below, and let's start by checking the network endpoints and ports listed here (you might need to ask your IT Department for help):

If you are still having problems after adding those to your allow list, I encourage you to open a support case with our engineers so we can see what's going on.

Bonjour, 

J'ai la même difficulté que Michael, sauf que j'ai un écran vide avec "Aucun résultat trouvé" lorsque je recherche des illustrations ou des vidéos de la Content Library (en PJ capture d'écran). En revanche, tout semble normal pour les photos et pour les icones.

Je précise que nous sommes plusieurs dans mon entreprise, dans des équipes différentes, à rencontrer le problème depuis le début de l'année 2024 : tous ceux que j'ai pu interroger sont dans le même cas et mon propre support technique n'a pas identifé de problème à son niveau.

Pouvez-vous nous donner des éléments pour solutionner ce problème ? Un grand merci par avance !

I'm sorry for the trouble! Content Library is currently having technical difficulties. Our engineers are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I apologize for the disruption, and I'll let you know as soon as Content Library is fully operational again. You can also see real-time status updates here.

I'm happy to let you know that the Content Library issue has been resolved! Illustrations and videos are now loading.
