Copying the format of state

when copying the states, is it possible to copy the text of the states as well? It seems to only copy the names and formatting, but if I have a button with multiple states and texts, I still have to copy each text separately. Any shortcuts?

The Format Painter will only adjust the formatting of the button states while keeping the original button text. If you need the text also to be copied, it might be easier to Duplicate the button (CTRL-D):
