Course gets stuck on load if HTTP USER AGENT is iPad (with pics, scormcloud link, story file)

I have courses that are having problems loading on an LMS iOS app on iPad which uses Webview. After rounds of troubleshooting I discovered that even a newly published blank course using Articulate Storyline 3 would also trigger the problem.

Furthermore, I didn't need to use an iPad to replicate the issue. I could just use a "HTTP User Agent switcher" browser extension on Google Chrome. I changed my user agent to Safri iPad, in full being: Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; CPU OS 12_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/12.0 Mobile/15E148 Safari/604.1

the next step is downgrade storyline und use classic player again

if version 3.65 is working, Articulate has to rollback the monthly update

open a support ticket, this error is critical
