desktop articulate 360 not showing any options

launching the articulate 360 desktop takes me to login in the browser.  Normally after that, I get options on the desktop to launch Storyline360 - now, I just get a start over button

Hi Lynn! I would recommend you close out of the Articulate 360 desktop app

After doing that, please restart your computer and try signing in again to the desktop app, which should re-route you to login online.
