Are these comments which have been marked "Resolved?" That's normal behavior for Review 360. The comments are still there, just hidden. You as the creator can still view them, by clicking the More ellipsis next to your profile icon and selecting Show Resolved Comments.
Hi, There are some other comments which were unresolved and given by SME yesterday, which are invisible.
