I am not using the video player for the training I am creating in Articulate Storyline. The end users do not like the look of the player. I am trying to add a video with captions. I think I have successfully imported the video and captions, but I cannot see them (the captions). I have the video controls showing below the video, see attached image.
I appreciate your quick response. I am not using the player. Our end user does not like the look of the player. We have other videos, which work fine. I just cannot display the captions. I was hoping there is another option. Or that it may be possible to use the player only with this video slide. I used a lightbox to display the video.

The Player Properties include the option to show the CC button on slides that have captions:
If you want to force the captions to appear, add a trigger that adjusts the value of the Player.DisplayCaptions variable to True.
