Displaying results slide variable numbers in Arabic

Hi - I'm working on an Arabic course - the results need to be displayed in Arabic numbering i.e. out of  %١٠٠. Because the results slide is based on variables it shows the numbers in English numericals i.e. 100%.

 

I've changed the player settings to be in Arabic, but there is no text setting to swap the numbers that I can see, i.e. 1 should be ١, zero should be٠

 

Any ideas on how to display the results slide in Arabic?
