Document Classification issue when publishing to Word

Our company now requires that all documents be classified (Proprietary, Confidential, etc). A pop-up usually appears for the selection prior to saving. When I publish a SL course to Word, sometimes the pop-up appears to select the classification and the Word document is successfully created. But more often I get stuck on the publish window and the pop-up is no where to be found. I end up having to force Storyline to shut down and try again (sometimes this works and other times it doesn't). Any suggestions?

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I understand that you are looking for a document classification setting when publishing your course to Word. I would be happy to work with you to figure this out! I have a couple of follow-up questions regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.

Is this a pop-up that you see in Word? Storyline doesn't have a pop-up to set document classification while publishing to Word. Here is an article describing the different options after the Publish Successful window appears.
Would you be willing to share a screenshot or screen recording of where you see that pop-up?
