Hi, I recently updated a course which has a drag and drop interaction. one user, has found that they where not able to complete the drag and drop interaction. As they where using a new laptop i asked them to check which browser etc.. reset cache and try again. however they have done all the reset's logged in and out of everything they could ( the course, the LMS and the browser) but are still having the issue. While I do think it is an isolated problem i don't want to assume and then get more users having the issue at a later date. Does and one know of any know issues with Chrome version 122.0.6261.112
It's hard to tell without seeing and playing with this interaction for a while to figure out if there is a problem. It should be tested more in detail on different browsers and devices. How this user tried to complete the drag and drop interaction (mouse or touchpad)? It could be literally anything.

Does it work on all other platforms? Does the LMS accurately capture the results from everyone else who has completed the updated course?
If these answers are yes, then the problem is very likely the individual user's system and/or how the user is accessing the course.

This is my thought also as it has been successfully taken by several hundred people without issue.
